By accessing this website and/or purchasing from Dazzling Star UK 💫, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers.

Products & Handmade Nature
All products are handmade and created with a personalised approach to customer requests. Due to this, slight variations in colour, design, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique character of each item.

Custom & Personalised Orders
By placing a custom or personalised order, you confirm that all details provided (including names, colours, and design choices) are accurate and final.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details before placing an order.

Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or incomplete details.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds
As all items are handmade and made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Shipping & Delivery
All items are carefully packaged with appropriate protection to ensure safe delivery. However, once an order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier or delivery service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Use of Products
All products must be used as intended. I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Cup Care Instructions

To maintain your cup:

  • Hand wash only (lukewarm water, mild soap)
  • Do not soak
  • No dishwasher or microwave
  • Avoid abrasive materials
  • Keep away from extreme heat
  • Please DO NOT DROP YOUR CUP! If cup is dropped, please inspect your cup for any leakage or damage. DO NOT USE cup if leakage or damage found. 

For snowglobe cups:

  • Do not shake aggressively
  • Avoid dropping
  • Store upright

Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzling Star UK 💫 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of products.

Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
