Dazzling Star UK 💫 is a UK-based handmade business specialising in bespoke, made-to-order products.

All items are individually crafted and may include slight variations in colour, design, and finish. These are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

All website content, including images, designs, branding, and text, remains the intellectual property of Dazzling Star UK 💫 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzling Star UK 💫 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of its products.

Consumer Cancellation & Returns Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods.

However, this legal right does not apply to bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items. As all products sold by Dazzling Star UK 💫 are custom-made to customer specifications, they fall within this exemption.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact me as soon as possible after purchase. Cancellations may be accepted at my discretion only if work has not yet begun.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and I will review your case and assist accordingly.
